António has a legal academic background and professional experience across M&A and corporate law, strategy consulting, and real estate investment. He advised on multiple transactions as an M&A lawyer at VdA law firm in Portugal, before joining Boston Consulting Group as a strategic consultant, where he participated in key consulting projects focused on strategy, transformation, and value creation.
One of the founders of Kronio Financial Advisory, he focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing institutional-grade real estate investments in Portugal, including alternative strategies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Law and Business from the Catholic University of Portugal.

Christophe has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate sector, holding senior executive roles within leading French and European real estate platforms. He has served as CEO of Gecina, France’s largest office REIT, and of Hammerson (Continental Europe), where he was also a Board Member of Hammerson PLC. He has also served as CEO at BNP Paribas Immobilier.
Christophe was the Co-Founder & CEO of SEEFAR, a regulated asset management company backed by KKR, and Founder & CEO of Mobicap, a company developing residential assets for elderly and disabled people.

Luis has 25 years’ experience in the Portuguese real estate market.

Luis leads the Portuguese business and focuses on identifying new investment opportunities and is responsible for the execution of portfolio business plans and driving value creation. He is at the forefront of dialogue with municipalities, architects, professional service suppliers and other stakeholders.

Previously, Luis was Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portuguese Capital Markets team and served on its Management Board. He is one of Portugal’s real estate veterans, transacting more than €4bn, including offices, retail and logistics. Luis’s career started at the Portuguese Securities and Exchange Commission.

António has over 25 years of experience in the real estate, consumer goods and energy sectors across different geographies, including Portugal, Spain and Brazil.

António has launched two family-owned real estate funds in Portugal, focused on office, logistics & commercial properties and led several single asset deals for large international investors and family offices.

Outside the real estate industry, António worked in Investment Banking in Deutsch Bank (Lisbon & Luxembourg) and launched Häagen-Dazs in Portugal (1998) and Brazil (2004).

António holds an MBA from Boston University.

Tim is overseeing the groups operational functions, including investor and bank reporting and financial underwriting. In addition, Tim is lead of investment activities in the Netherlands.

Tim joined Acacia Point in 2015 as Investment Manager and was promoted to COO in 2024. Prior to joining Acacia Point, Tim was Portfolio Manager at Internos Global Investors where he managed funds with assets in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. Earlier, Tim worked at Savills in Amsterdam.

Maria has over 30 years’ experience of experience in the Portuguese real estate market.

Since 1999, Maria has been responsible for the management and leasing of Quinta da Fonte Business Park, the country’s 2nd largest out-of-town office park comprising 80,000 sqm across 22 buildings. Her deep knowledge of the park enables her to proactively continue improving the performance of the assets and enrich the experience of the 5,000 personnel working there.

André has a master’s degree in civil engineering and 10 years’ experience in the Portuguese real estate market.

André leads the property management team at Acacia Point in Portugal, responsible for the management and repositioning of 17 buildings at Quinta da Fonte Business Park.

Prior to joining Acacia Point, André worked at Cushman and Wakefield and also at the retailer, Staples, where he was responsible for managing 35 stores, its Portuguese headquarters and logistics platform.

Sebastião has a background in audit, financial control, and corporate finance, with experience across real estate and operating businesses. He began his career at Ernst & Young, working in the Financial Services practice and participating in audit engagements for major Portuguese banks, including the ECB-led Asset Quality Review.
Previously, Sebastião served as Financial Controller of The Agency Real Estate’s Portuguese franchise, where he oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls. He has also held senior roles in hospitality and consumer businesses, including as Financial Director of a multi-asset hotel platform and as a partner in a franchise business, bringing a strong operational and entrepreneurial perspective to his role as CFO.

Alexandra has 20 years’ experience in the Portuguese real estate market.

Alexandra forms part of the property management team at Quinta da Fonte Business Park, where she is using her experience and skills to deliver a premium work environment for leading pharmaceutical, engineering, finance, consulting and IT companies that occupy the park.

Prior to joining Acacia Point, Alexandra worked as Property Manager at PREA and, more recently, as a Property and Facilities Manager at WiderProperties.

Raquel has a degree in Tourism Management from ESHTE (Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies) and further studies in Human Resources Management. Previously she worked within international 5-star hotel chains including Marriott and Intercontinental, gaining valuable skills delivering high service levels for the most demanding of clients.

At Acacia Point, Raquel is responsible for liaising with, and assisting, all departments to ensure timely and impressive service levels for our tenants.
