Portfolio & Track Record

Quinta da Fonte Business Park
QDF is one of Europe’s premier business parks, constructed between 1995 and 2005. Strategically located 15 km west of Lisbon, it sits between Lisbon and Cascais, at the heart of the capital's white-collar residential neighbourhoods.
Acacia Point has been transforming Quinta da Fonte (“QDF”) since 2018, with dedicated local team providing a comprehensive service experience, including asset, property, and estate management, as well as fit-out project management to ensure seamless tenant operations.

Cais do Sodré
Acacia Point managed the repositioning of a centrally located Lisbon office asset into a 107-key hotel. The project involved tenant exit, planning approval, and refurbishment execution, culminating in vacant possession and on-time delivery of the business plan for a German institutional investor.

Retail Parks
Acacia Point acted as asset manager for a portfolio of five Portuguese retail parks totalling 82,000 sq m, located in Sintra, Aveiro, Santarém, Lima, and Portimão, on behalf of a UK institutional investor.
Through an intensive value-add programme focused on leasing, income growth, and operational improvements, the portfolio achieved a significant uplift in cash flow and value ahead of disposal.

Iberostar Hotel
Acacia Point advised on the acquisition of Iberostar’s new 5-star resort hotel in Lagos on behalf of a European high-net-worth family office.
The 220-key beachfront resort, overlooking Meia Praia in the Algarve, was fully refurbished and repositioned to align with Iberostar’s “Selection” brand standards prior to reopening. The transaction marked Iberostar’s second hotel in Portugal and involved a prime leisure asset located near leading golf courses and the historic town of Lagos.
